The parking arrangement is frustratingly inconvenient!!! Cleaning standards need serious attention, as I found dust and hair in my room. Plus, it's high time to update the room decor and furnishings!!!

Spent 4 nights at this place, primarily to enjoy the beautiful Bear Lake nearby. The spa facilities exceeded my expectations, providing a fantastic opportunity to unwind after exploring the area. While the warm salty pools were a bit chilly during the week, the attentive staff and the overall cleanliness of the place made our stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the new online check-in process, which added a modern touch to our experience.

Had such a jol! The pools are flippin amazing, especially the thermal ones where you can just hang out all day. Found some cool little foot pools too, really got the circulation going. Plus, the staff at the spa were just so friendly and made my treatments feel special!

Bummer about the room, it could've been cleaner—found bits of hair and dust lying around. Not ideal, especially for a chilled getaway.

Internet access was unsecured, adding to some concerns about privacy.

my stay at ensana was fantastic! the food options were tasty and plentiful, and the spa facilities exceeded my expectations. it was a much better experience than my previous stays in the city.

The resort exceeded our expectations with its beautiful decor and lovely ambiance. The spa was impressively large with various activities that kept us engaged for hours. Our room offered a stunning view of the lake, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room. The staff was super nice and the spa had the best treatments! Breakfast was pretty decent, but the coffee could've been better. The lack of dining options after a certain time was a bit of a letdown, too.

The room was newly refurbished and had high-quality materials. It was super clean and comfortable, and I loved the nice views of Bear Lake from my window. I missed some basic amenities like complimentary water and a tissue box, which are usually expected in a decent hotel. the room felt a bit on the small side for a longer stay, but overall it was decent.

It was just a strong match for a two-day stay in Sovata with fantastic value for money. The spa/pools were well thought out and relaxing, making my downtime enjoyable. Try to go for breakfast earlier to avoid waiting on food items.

staying at ensana was a treat! the spa has so many wellness services, which helped us relax completely. the warm pools were a hit with the kids, and the saltwater was a refreshing experience for the adults. plus, the buffet meals were plentiful and delicious, making our stay very enjoyable.
